1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 999fk website accessible at https://999fk.io and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform through which the Player accesses games, places wagers, and conducts financial transactions.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional rewards added to an Account pursuant to a specific promotional offer and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or is an employee or close associate of 999fk.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms & Conditions takes effect.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account on the 999fk Platform, accessing any game, placing any wager, or making any financial transaction on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 999fk relating to your use of the Platform, whether written or oral.

2.3 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Platform is intended for use exclusively by adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. 999fk strictly enforces this age requirement and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.

3.2 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1;
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and entirely for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any equivalent programme administered by 999fk;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

3.3 999fk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Winnings accrued on ineligible Accounts may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 999fk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 You must notify 999fk immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 999fk will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account upon receiving such notification.

4.4 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 999fk may require you to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill — before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.5 Account registration and use is permitted only for players physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of supported methods may be updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-period basis and will be communicated to Players within the Cashier section of their Account.

5.3 All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from or being directed to a third party may be withheld pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative registered method will be used. 999fk aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours, though actual timing may vary depending on the payment provider.

5.5 999fk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 999fk accepts no responsibility.

5.6 In compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, 999fk reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 From time to time, 999fk may make available bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotional terms.

6.3 Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the relevant promotional terms expressly state otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be used as collateral or transferred between Accounts.

6.5 999fk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already claimed a bonus and is actively working towards meeting its wagering requirements, 999fk will honour the conditions under which the bonus was originally awarded.

6.6 Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome offers, using low-risk betting strategies to clear bonus wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Account suspended.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. 999fk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except where 999fk exercises its discretion under Section 7.3 below.

7.2 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement, 999fk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. Where winnings have already been withdrawn prior to such an error being identified, 999fk may seek to recover the relevant amount.

7.3 For sports betting markets, 999fk reserves the right to void any bet where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered from its originally listed format. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are guaranteed only for pre-match bets; in-play odds are subject to real-time change and may be suspended at any time.

7.4 Maximum payout limits apply to all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 999fk will not be liable to pay any amount exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the calculated outcome of a wager.

7.5 All game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). These systems are subject to independent third-party auditing to ensure fairness and integrity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party;
• Registering more than one Account per person, household, device, or IP address;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or attempting to conduct transactions on behalf of another person;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 999fk staff or other Players through any communication channel.

8.2 999fk employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to identify and investigate suspected prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity waive any right to a refund of deposits or winnings.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game designs, interface layouts, text, images, and branding elements, is the intellectual property of 999fk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property.

9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 999fk. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999fk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity.

10.2 999fk's total liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999fk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur from time to time.

10.4 999fk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or disruptions to third-party payment networks including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 999fk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Where an Account is closed by 999fk for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 999fk support team via live chat. Self-closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Players who self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme are subject to the additional conditions described in Section 12.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 999fk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your Account settings.

12.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

13. Amendments to Terms

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 999fk operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted territories.

14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 999fk support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. 14.3 The fact that any provision of these Terms is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction does not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions or the enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
